Founded in 1990, SMC is an advisory  firm specialized in extraordinary corporate transactions.

Whilst maintaining an active role in direct investments, SMC has leveraged its experience as an advisor to its portfolio companies to focus on providing clients with the necessary know-how to help them take informed financial decisions.

What distinguishes SMC is its two-fold mission: corporate finance advisor and direct investor.
